Our EPR team helps businesses understand and meet their obligations across packaging, Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), batteries and textiles. This includes obligation assessments, data analysis, regulatory registrations and compliance reporting.
Job Overview
We are looking for a Graduate Sustainability Analyst to join our EPR team.
You will support client projects by reviewing business activities, analysing product and packaging data, completing calculations and preparing regulatory reports and registrations.
This is an entry-level role for someone looking to start a career in sustainability and environmental compliance. Previous EPR experience is not required, and full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
· Support EPR obligation assessments across packaging, WEEE, batteries and textiles.
· Review client information to help determine regulatory obligations.
· Collect, organise, and analyse product and packaging data.
· Identify missing or inaccurate information within datasets.
· Complete calculations for EPR data declarations.
· Support registrations and submissions to regulators and compliance schemes.
· Help prepare client reports and compliance documents.
· Research EPR legislation, regulatory guidance, and policy updates.
· Maintain accurate project records and supporting evidence.
· Attend client meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks.
· Support senior consultants with client queries and regulatory correspondence.
· Complete assigned work in line with reporting deadlines.
Skills and Qualifications
· A degree in environmental science, sustainability, or a related subject.
· Comfortable working with numbers and data.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Clear written and verbal communication skills.
· Good organisation and time-management skills.
· An interest in environmental regulation and sustainability.
· Willingness to learn about EPR regulations, including packaging, WEEE, batteries and textiles.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
Location: Remote/Hybrid may be considered for this role

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
