At Godfrey Care, we support people to live fulfilling, independent lives. We're looking for a Deputy Manager to join our established Supported Living Service in Brimington, Chesterfield supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health, and complex needs.
Working alongside the Service Manager, you'll help lead the team, maintain high standards of care, and ensure the service continues to deliver safe, person-centred support.

What You'll Do
- Support the day-to-day running of the service
- Lead, coach, and develop support staff
- Promote person-centred support and positive outcomes
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies
- Support rota management, audits, quality monitoring, and staffing
- Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and commissioners
- Provide hands-on leadership and support when needed
- Support positive behaviour support strategies, risk management, and care planning
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health, and complex needs
- Previous experience in a Deputy Manager, Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, or supervisory role
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Understanding of person-centred care and positive behaviour support
- Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care
