About the Role
Appmetric Software Limited is looking for an analytical and commercially focused Management Consultant to help improve our organisational performance, operational efficiency and long-term business growth.
You will work closely with senior management to analyse business processes, assess operational and financial information, identify performance gaps and deliver evidence-based recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse organisational structures, business operations and commercial performance.
* Conduct business process reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Evaluate operational and financial data to support strategic decisions.
* Prepare management reports, business cases and performance presentations.
* Conduct market research, competitor analysis and industry benchmarking.
* Identify organisational, commercial, operational and compliance risks.
* Recommend improvements to productivity, cost efficiency and service delivery.
* Support business transformation and change-management initiatives.
* Review governance, compliance and internal control arrangements.
* Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of agreed recommendations.
* Provide progress and performance updates to senior management.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement business improvements.
Requirements
* Degree or equivalent qualification in business, management, finance, economics, analytics or a related discipline.
* Experience in management consulting, business analysis, strategic planning or operational improvement.
* Strong analytical, research and problem-solving capabilities.
* Ability to interpret operational and financial information.
* Excellent report-writing, communication and presentation skills.
* Strong stakeholder-management and organisational abilities.
* Commercially aware, results-driven and detail-oriented.
* Able to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Pay: £35,140.00 per year
