Role- Deputy Nursery Manager
We are looking for a motivated Nursery Deputy Manager for our Brand New NURSERY in which is close to all transport links.
We require you to have passionate for the role and the ability to Lead our fantastic team and nursery, along with the manager. You will have :-
- Excellent child development knowledge 0-5s
- A sound understanding of the EYFS
- Excellent safe guarding knowledge and practice
- Be a good communicator and listener and have the ability to liaise with parents, staff and key professionals.
- Be a excellent role model and leader
- Motivation and Delegation skills
- The ability to lead Best practice
- Have outstanding attendance and a professional attitude
