Core Responsibilities
- Executive & Team Search: Execute retained briefs for C-suite positions (CEOs, CROs) alongside building out project and go-to-market (sales, marketing, CS) teams.
- Market Mapping & Headhunting: Directly contact, map, and headhunt high-performing candidates across energy, renewables, and SaaS sectors.
- Client & Process Management: Manage multi-stakeholder processes, generate new mandates, and advise private equity investment partners and board-level executives.
Key Requirements
- Open to Non-Recruiters: Strong sales, commercial, or customer-facing experience (e.g., estate agency, car sales, gym sales, hospitality) is welcomed—recruitment experience is not required.
- Degree not required.
- Resilience, phone-first attitude, financial motivation, and a track record of sticking with a role under target pressure.
Pay: £27,500.00-£35,000.00 per year
