Project Manager / Contracts Manager – Specialist Brickwork
Driven by continued project awards, a growing order book and an increasing volume of secured work across London and the South East, an established specialist masonry contractor is seeking to appoint an experienced Project Manager or Contracts Manager. With multiple large-scale residential and mixed-use developments progressing through pre-construction and delivery phases, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business operating at the forefront of the brickwork sector and take ownership of significant packages on some of the region's most prominent schemes.
This role will suit a construction professional with a proven background delivering high-volume brickwork packages for residential developers, main contractors or specialist subcontractors. You will understand the importance of maintaining production targets, managing labour resources, coordinating material call-offs, controlling quality standards and driving programmes on fast-moving construction sites. Experience overseeing sizeable site teams, working closely with commercial and operational departments and successfully delivering projects from commencement through to completion will be highly advantageous.
