Abbeyfield Lear House Residential Care Home in West Kirby are looking for a passionate, caring and motivated Deputy Care Manager to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to play an important role in supporting the Registered Care Manager and leading our dedicated Care team, ensuring our residents receive the highest standards of care, dignity and respect.
We are looking for someone who:
· Is an experienced and confident care professional
· Qualified to Level 4 in Adult Social Care
· Has excellent communication and organisational skills
· Can lead, motivate and support our excellent team
· Will ensure compliance with all regulations and CQC framework
· Wants to develop and grow within a supportive care environment
· Will share our values and wants to make a positive difference every day
This is a permanent position offering 16 hours per week over 7 days
Salary: £14k per annum, payable by calendar month
