We are looking for Healthcare Assistants to join our team and provide support to our senior staff in our 31 bed home in Eastwood, Leigh on Sea.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing resident's care, assisting with medical procedures, and performing administrative tasks. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong understanding of healthcare regulations. The ideal candidates will be compassionate, organized, and have a passion for helping others. They will have a passion for delivering truly person centred care and pride themselves on knowing our residents and understanding their individual needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to resident's.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Observe and report changes in patient's condition.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean, homely, nurturing and safe environment for residents.
Days - 8-2pm / 2-8pm
Nights 8pm - 8pm
Pay: £12.71 per hour
