We’re seeking dedicated Complex Health Care Assistant (female only) to support one of our client who has a spinal injury, requires a worker to support with her personal care, she is only able to work with female carers only due to her complex needs, you need to be young at heart and upbeat.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver attentive clinical care, including medication administration with Autonomic Dysreflexia.
- Personal care, continence care, bowel management.
- Support emotional wellbeing, and provide consistent reassurance
- Encourage safe community engagement and support independent living
- Drive to appointments and personal activities in the community.
Who We Need:
- Experienced Complex Care Assistants familiar with complex clinical and emotional support needs
- Experience working with clients with complex clinical needs
- Empathetic, resilient, and proactive individuals
- Drivers with valid UK licence and business insurance
