The Pie House at Cinderhill Farm Ltd is a growing, award-winning food business with a passion for great ingredients, local sourcing, and top-quality production. Our purpose-built facility is at the heart of our operations, where we produce a delicious range of pies, pasties, and more.
We're expanding our production, therefore we are looking for a motivated and reliable Production Operative to join our friendly team . This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced food production environment and be part of a supportive, hands-on crew.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily food production (frying products will be a big part of the job itself), including preparing ingredients and assembling products
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas
- Support the wider team to meet production targets and deadlines
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or issues
- Work flexibly across different tasks and stations, as required
About You
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Able to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently
- Comfortable working on your feet and handling physical tasks
- Previous experience in a food production or kitchen environment, particularly working with a fryer, is a bonus—but not essential, as full training will be provided
- A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in!
