Cleaner Required – Family Nurseries Newport
Family Nurseries Newport is looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to join our friendly team.
Hours
- 2 hours per day
- Monday to Friday
- Plus one monthly deep clean
Working hours can be either:
- Morning: 5:00am – 7:00am (before the nursery opens at 7:30am), or
- Evening: 5:30pm – 7:30pm (after the nursery closes at 6:00pm).
Duties include:
- Cleaning nursery rooms, toilets, kitchen, and communal areas
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Carrying out a thorough monthly deep clean
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Helping to ensure our nursery provides a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children, families, and staff
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
- A keen eye for detail and a reliable work ethic
- The successful applicant will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
- Two satisfactory references must be provided before employment can commence
