Pay: £15.00–£18.50 per hour, depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with a one-hour break

Character Builders is looking for an experienced and reliable Carpenter / General Builder to join our friendly and skilled team.
We work on a wide variety of interesting projects across Dartmoor, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern building techniques. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and is looking for steady, long-term employment with a company that values quality, attention to detail and teamwork.

About You
The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Previous experience in carpentry and general building
- A strong work ethic and a reliable approach
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- A full UK driving licence
Having your own tools and transport would be beneficial, but this is not essential.
