Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organised bar
- Handle payments and operate the till
- Restock bar supplies and assist with opening/closing duties
- Follow licensing and health & safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Good knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Right to work in the UK
