The five opportunities:
Lead Night Nurse
Take ownership of the overnight nursing team, supporting high-quality patient care, managing inpatients and providing clinical leadership throughout the night. You'll be a key point of contact for the wider clinical team and help ensure exceptional standards of care around the clock - £42,000
Senior Medical / Wards Nurse
Lead and support the medical and inpatient nursing team, ensuring excellent standards of patient care, nursing protocols and clinical organisation. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced RVN passionate about medical nursing and inpatient care - £33,000
Senior Clinical Coach / Education Lead
Help shape the development of the nursing team through clinical coaching, mentoring and education. You'll support RVNs at all levels, identify development opportunities and help create a strong culture of continuous learning and professional development - £33,000
Senior Surgical & Anaesthesia Nurse
Take a senior role within the surgical and anaesthesia team, supporting complex procedures, anaesthetic management and high standards of perioperative care. Perfect for an RVN with a strong interest in surgery and anaesthesia who wants to develop their clinical leadership - £33,000
Senior Consulting Nurse
Play a key role in delivering outstanding client and patient care within consultations. You'll use your clinical expertise to support clients, provide preventative healthcare advice, manage nurse-led clinics and help develop the practice's consulting services - £33,000

Who we're looking for
We're looking for Registered Veterinary Nurses who are passionate about clinical excellence, patient care and developing others.
Depending on the position, you'll ideally have experience in areas such as night nursing, medical nursing, education and coaching, surgery and anaesthesia, or nurse consulting.
Most importantly, you'll be a confident RVN who wants to make a difference, take ownership and be part of an exciting period of growth.
