The Opportunity
Are you a driven property professional who loves winning instructions but hates being chained to a desk? We are expanding our footprint across Suffolk and seeking a dynamic Letting Agent / Business Development Manager. Your sole focus will be identifying landlords, building relationships, and converting properties onto our Fully Managed Service tier.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, pitch, and win new fully managed residential letting instructions.
- Conduct accurate market appraisals and advise landlords on compliance, safety legislation, and maximizing yield.
- Network locally in Hadleigh and surrounding areas to build a robust pipeline of private landlords and portfolio investors.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure smooth onboarding onto our fully managed portfolio.
What You Need
- Proven Track Record: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in residential lettings, valuation, or estate agency business development.
- Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Hadleigh, Ipswich, or wider Suffolk property markets.
- Self-Motivated Mindset: The discipline to drive activity and hunt for leads.
- Mobility: A full UK driving licence and your own reliable vehicle for attending property valuations.
