We are looking for a highly experienced, driven, and hands-on Area Manager to oversee and lead our two busy salon locations.
This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week) with flexibility to suit the needs of the business.
£25,000 – £40,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings) + staff perks

THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Full responsibility for business performance across both sites
Driving sales, productivity, and overall profitability
Monitoring and managing KPIs, targets, and daily performance
Creating and implementing strategies to grow revenue
Managing staff rotas, hours, and overall team structure
Leading, motivating, and developing a team of stylists and therapists
Training, coaching, and supporting staff to improve performance
Ensuring exceptional customer service and client experience
Overseeing all day-to-day salon operations
Managing bookings, productivity, and diary efficiency
Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
Ensuring all processes, standards, and procedures are followed
Full accountability for team performance and results
Working closely with the business owner to drive growth

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience in a management or area manager role within a salon or similar environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team
Highly target-driven with a clear understanding of KPIs and performance management
Confident in all aspects of salon operations
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Ability to take ownership, show initiative, and deliver results
Friendly, professional, and able to work well within a team
Someone who leads from the front and sets high standards
