Responsibilities

- Support students with special education requirements, including those with disabilities and autism, ensuring they receive appropriate accommodations
- Provide one-on-one tutoring and mentoring to reinforce learning concepts and boost confidence
- Help create a positive classroom atmosphere by encouraging participation and fostering respectful interactions
- Implement creative writing activities that stimulate imagination and improve language skills
- Monitor student progress, document observations, and communicate updates to teachers and parents as needed
- Support classroom management by organizing materials, preparing resources, and maintaining a safe learning environment
Skills
- Experience working with children across various age groups in educational or childcare settings
- Knowledge of special education strategies and experience supporting students with disabilities or autism
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, students, and parents
- Proven ability to tutor and mentor students, promoting academic growth and personal development
