Lettings & Sales Negotiator

- Monday–Friday 9am–5pm | Saturday 9am–1pm (rota basis)
- Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
Are you an experienced property professional looking to join a friendly, family-run agency in the heart of Bury St Edmunds? We’re a well-established Lettings and Sales Agency with a strong local reputation, and we’re looking for a motivated and personable Lettings & Sales Negotiator to join our growing team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Registering applicants and arranging property viewings
- Referencing tenants, verifying ID, and conducting Right to Rent checks
- Coordinating move-ins and ensuring properties meet legal standards
- Preparing tenancy agreements and legal documentation
- Booking inventories, inspections, and checkouts
- Managing tenancy renewals and rent increases
- Conducting property inspections and reporting to landlords
- Handling maintenance issues and liaising with contractors
- Managing end-of-tenancy processes and deposit negotiations
- Responding to enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Supporting our social media presence and marketing efforts
- Assisting with the expansion of our residential sales department
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in the property sector (essential)
- Relevant industry qualifications (desirable)
- A full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, customer-focused approach
- Confidence using property management software and social media
A pool car is available for appointments.

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
