Prestige Tuition is a growing GCSE Science tutoring company helping students across the UK improve their confidence, understanding and exam performance in GCSE Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
As demand for our programmes continues to grow, we're looking for a confident and personable Sales Call Setter to join our team and help us connect more students with the support they need.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for flexible evening and weekend work, additional income and the opportunity to develop valuable sales and communication skills within the education sector.
The Role
As a Sales Call Setter, your main responsibility will be to speak with prospective students and parents, understand their needs and book suitable families in for a consultation call.
You'll be provided with training, call scripts, SOPs and ongoing coaching, so previous sales experience is helpful but not essential for the right candidate.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Calling new and existing leads by phone
- Following up with prospective parents and students
- Responding to leads through social media DMs
- Understanding a family's needs and qualifying potential clients
- Handling basic questions and objections professionally
- Booking qualified leads onto consultation calls
- Keeping accurate records of conversations and follow-ups
- Representing Prestige Tuition professionally at all times
- Working towards agreed KPIs and performance targets
Most calls are short and focused, typically around 5 minutes, so the role is well suited to someone who enjoys speaking with people and working efficiently.

- Available for evening and weekend shifts
Previous experience in sales, customer service, recruitment or education is advantageous, but not essential.

Hours
This is a part-time, fully remote position, requiring approximately:
1–2 hours per day
Evening and weekend availability is required, making this a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible additional work alongside studies, another job or other commitments.
