Key Responsibilities:

- Strategically optimize inquiries and transactions, from initial customer calls to final deal closures.
- Conduct regular internal audits and spot checks to ensure seamless day-to-day branch operations.
- Efficiently handle internal transfers and treasury requirements.
- Lead by example, instilling a proactive approach within the team.
- Manage selling and customer service activities to drive peak sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Uphold a professional demeanor with colleagues and management. Foster a positive and friendly atmosphere within the branch to enhance staff morale.
- Security and Compliance: Adhere strictly to health, safety, and security procedures.
- Ensure all team members are fully trained and equipped with necessary skills to maintain a clean, tidy, and fully operational branch.
