We are a lovely pub/hotel situated in a leafy residential area in Branksome close to the beach. An independent pub, we are very busy and have earned a reputation of great food and great service. We are seeking an assistant for the Manager.
You will be required to oversee the general running of the pub. To supervise the staff on duty and ensure adequate communication from kitchen to front of house. Cashing up and closing of the business at night. Managing table bookings and also hotel bookings, all software led. Directly reporting to the Manager and assisting him with his duties.
Hospitality experience is essential for this position, however we will provide full training. Full time, permanent contract, weekly pay and tips.
