What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with solar PV installations on residential properties
- Supporting qualified electricians with wiring, cable runs, and system setup
- Helping mount solar panels and preparing roof installations
- Handling tools, materials, and maintaining safe, organised work sites
- Learning industry standards, compliance, and best practice procedures
Requirements
- Level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installations
- Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations
- Previous electrical installation experience
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety procedures
- Experience with power tools (drills, saws, voltage testers, etc.)
- Understanding of Health & Safety requirements on site
- Experience working in domestic customer homes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills (verbal, written, and telephone)
- Team player with a professional attitude
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Genuine interest in renewable energy and sustainable solutions
