As a Warehouse Operative and Machine Operator you will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Traying up screws for powder painting, powder coating and the knocking out of completed fixings.
- Helping with the distribution of orders, and control goods-in.
- Operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality production.
- Setting up machines for different production runs.
- Checking finished products and identifying any quality issues.
- Diagnosing machine faults and carrying out repairs and basic maintenance independently.
- Reporting more complex faults and arranging professional servicing when necessary.
- Checking tooling and replacing worn or damaged parts.
- Keeping machines clean and carrying out routine maintenance between production runs.
- Developing your skills by learning to operate and maintain the machine in line with our Skills Matrix.
Requirements:
- Manual labor will be required such as lifting boxes (up to 25kg), stacking and moving pallets, and picking and packing orders.
- Powder coating and spraying experience preferred, training is also provided on the job.
- General technical knowledge of machine maintenance.
- Machine operation experience preferred.
- A forklift license or the willingness to work towards certification is preferred.
- As it is a warehouse environment, steel-toe boots will need to be worn every day (these will be provided by Aztec).
