The Role
- Operate and maintain one of our fleet of Case tractors.
- Land Preparation, destoning, and light cultivation duties.
- Irrigation of maincrop potatoes.
- Support the wider farm team as required with general farm operations.
- Health and Safety compliance with farm policies.
- Input into farm-wide decisions alongside Farm Management Team.
- Progression opportunities to relief sprayman and other varied roles.
- Servicing an array of farm equipment in purpose-built workshop.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in tractor driving and agriculture preferred.
- High Attention to Detail ensuring precise operation and a high standard of work.
- Team-orientated, with a willingness to support colleagues across farm operations.
- Proactive approach, with strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently when required.
- Telehandler and forklift qualifications desirable.
- Full UK driving license essential.
- Hard working and diligent individual.
- Basic mechanical and maintenance knowledge.
