Essential
- Experience working with children and young people, particularly those with complex needs, trauma, learning disabilities, or behavioural challenges.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it).
- Experience in residential childcare, education, mental health, or support work.
- Training in safeguarding, behaviour management, de-escalation, autism, learning disabilities, or trauma-informed practice.
