Summary of Main Responsibilities and Activities
- This is a senior role within the organisation with NI and director level responsibilities
- Providing support to the homes Registered Manager as required in managing clinical issues and complaints (both internal and external)
- Advising on all aspects of the Homes care through auditing and quality assurance of practices (both processes and policies)
- Willingness to step in and support all areas as far as cover for the RM if required
Skills/Experience
- The successful candidate will have significant previous experience in a large residential care home.
- He/she will have excellent communication skills and have the confidence to represent the home and company on all care related matters at all levels of engagement.
