We are not a traditional dental group, and we have strong growth plans in 2026. We are looking for an exceptional Treatment Co-Ordinator to join our Newcastle team. This Is More Than a Traditional Dental Role
Forget everything you think a dental practice looks like! We are not a quiet traditional practice we are building a brand,and we are looking for someone who is exceptional to become our next Treatment Co-Ordinator. This is a high-impact ethical sales role focused on delivering exceptional patient experience.
You will therefore be comfortable and confident with face-to-face ethical sales. Guiding patients through smile transformations, Invisalign, and cosmetic procedures. You will be part of presenting life-changing dentistry while helping grow one of the most exciting dental companies in the UK.

The Role
As a Smmmile Treatment Co-ordinator you will become a key part of the patient experience — building relationships, creating confidence, and guiding patients through their smile journeys.
You’ll work closely with clinicians and the Practice Managerto help deliver exceptional patient care while supporting the continued growth of a modern, fast-moving dental brand.
