Salary quoted is for those 18+ years old, however 17 year olds are able to work with reduced responsibilities.

A valid full UK driving licence (or recognised equivalent) is essential for this role.
Condover College Ltd is a small and independent specialist college and residential care provider in the heart of Shropshire.
We support learners aged 18+ who have moderate to severe learning disabilities, profound and multiple learning difficulties, and additional complex needs. We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Care & Support Worker to join our team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their well-being, safety, and comfort. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a nurturing environment where individuals with complex needs can thrive and feel valued every day.
You would be based at one of our homes in Wem, Dorrington, Longnor, Pontesbury, or Sundorne where you will work with a set team supporting the residents that live there daily. This means that you can really get to know them and provide meaningful person centred care. Having the right qualities is all you need to get started in this exciting role, we provide comprehensive induction training to all staff as well as ongoing training and qualifications to enhance your career with CCL.
