We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our friendly team at Buckfastleigh Medical Centre, working 20 hours per week.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our clinical team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. You will assist with health checks, phlebotomy, ECGs, long-term condition monitoring, and health promotion activities.
Experience working within General Practice is essential, and confidence using SystmOne would be an advantage. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to improving patient outcomes, supporting our QOF and Long-Term Conditions (LTC) LES targets, and making a real difference within the local community.
