Main tasks of job:

Carrying out servicing, diagnosis, maintenance and repairs of VWG vehicles
Repairing vehicles in line with manufacturers’ standards to comply with warranty agreements
Carry out vehicle inspections and be able to identify defects
Undertake vehicle road testing
Using the latest industry equipment; working within the company health & safety guidelines

Requirements:

Full UK Driving license
Have genuine commitment to delivering first class customer service
Experience as a Vehicle Technician
Time served recognised apprenticeship and recognised qualification, level 3 preferred
Main dealership or independent experience preferred
Electrical knowledge is an advantage
Possess good communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to colleagues and customers
Good technical knowledge
