A Career as Unique as You Are
We are recruiting for a full-time permanent Logistics Coordinator, reporting to our Office Manager. The Logistics Coordinator accurately record and distribute goods in and out daily, taking care to meet agreed timescales and security processes in keeping with the transfer of high value goods.
Our Operations team assist 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.
Here is How We envision Your Role:
· Manage the transfer of repairs and goods between departments
· Liaise with couriers and proactively track where necessary to ensure on time deliveries
· Develop strong relationships with other departments and locations to ensure a smooth process and transfer of goods
· Ensure all goods are packaged appropriately to ensure their safe and secure delivery
· Adhere to our Insurance limits when sending items to ensure they are adequately covered
· Manage supply requirements for the Delivery & Collections Area
· Provide general administrative support to the Admin and Operations team as required
· Assist with additional administration tasks when requested by Management
· Highlight any issues/lost parcels to the Office Manager in a timely manner with all relevant available information

· Flexible and adaptable with a positive can-do attitude
· Ability to prioritise workloads and use own initiative
· Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
· Excellent organisational and effective communication skills
Pay: £25,420.00-£27,000.00 per year
