Position: Administrator
Location: Bristol
Duration: Permanent (Office based)
Salary: From £25,000 to £27,000 subject to experience level
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor or Administrator for a full time permanent position.
This position will be working for a very well established national company that deal with taking orders from engineers either via the phone, by email or the App
This position will involve co-ordinating the Inhouse teams, Suppliers to raise purchase orders, quotes etc
The right person for this position will already have a track record within this type of role. We do not need them technical, however we would like someone to have the ability to pick up technical jargon to support the engineers and clients. This is a very client focused position, so we do require this person to have excellent customer service skills and very good IT skills
Requirements
- Strong working background dealing with customers.
- Experience in updating information
- Good at picking up new CRM systems
- Flexible working attitude
- Based in a short commute to Emerson Green
- Must be willing to do an office based position (no remote working)
