Monkey Tree Holiday Park is a multi-award winning family run park known for its commitment to providing exceptional customer service. We are seeking flexible, energetic and motivated Holiday Park Assistants to join the team here at Monkey Tree Holiday Park for the 2026 season.
Situated on the North Coast of Cornwall, Monkey Tree Holiday Park benefits from having some of Cornwall’s finest beaches including Fistral Beach and Perranporth Beach just minutes away – perfect for surfing & great family days out.
This is offered on a Seasonal Contract until September 2026, with the potential to extend based on performance. The hours for this position are offered on a variable hour’s basis which means flexibility is essential.
What you will be doing:
- Providing a first-rate and efficient service to customers to ensure their time at the Park is enjoyable.
- Varied work patterns covering a variety of outlets including on-site shop, bars, restaurant, chip shop and pizzeria.
- Taking customer orders, in a fast-paced working environment.
- Maintaining a positive company image plus supporting colleagues in any required ad-hoc duties necessary for successful running of the business.
- Ensuring an immaculate working environment.
- Co-operating with management to maintain a safe working environment.
What we are looking for:
- Must work well under pressure, with the ability to use own initiative and problem solve.
- Customer focused with a positive can-do attitude.
- Previous experience of waiting in a fast-paced environment.
- A keenness to learn and ability to work hard will be key.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
- Smart appearance and professional manner.
- Good sense of humour – essential!
