We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic Front of House Team Members to join our opening team.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel valued throughout their visit
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when appropriate
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety standards
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Handle payments accurately using the POS system and issue receipts
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times
- Support barista duties if applicable, including preparing specialised coffee drinks
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
Experience
- Prior experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Friendly, positive and reliable
- Good communication skills
- Able to work evenings and weekends
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not essential
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience working in a restaurant environment
- Barista experience is a plus but not essential; training will be provided if necessary
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards is desirable
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional manner

£12.21–£15.50 per hour (depending on experience)
