About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Equipment Stock Control Coordinator to join our busy operations team.
Reporting to the Stock Control Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination, movement, and control of equipment and returnable packaging across our UK and Netherlands sites.
No two days are the same in this fast-paced role. From coordinating stock counts and transport planning to monitoring equipment movements and supporting international operations, you’ll be at the centre of keeping our supply chain running efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating monthly Fust stock counts at Newport and Lincolnshire sites
- Completing weekly equipment and Fust counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Organising monthly JS Equipment and CHEP counts across UK and Netherlands locations
- Monitoring stock levels and arranging collections for overstocked equipment
- Planning transport with hauliers for plant collections and returns
- Managing Danish trolley and Fust balance controls across sites
- Tracking equipment movements between UK sites and the Netherlands
- Supporting growers and operational teams with equipment planning
- Managing equipment de-hires using online systems and spreadsheets
- Carrying out daily trailer and return checks
- Completing month-end reporting and maintaining accurate documentation
- Supporting the Netherlands team with equipment coordination and CHEP movements
- Ensuring all processes are completed safely and in line with company procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent organisation and time management
- Good level of English
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience within FMCG, logistics, stock control, or materials coordination
- Own transport
Working Hours
Core hours are Monday to Friday, with flexibility required to support business needs:
- Monday & Tuesday: 07:00 – 16:00
- Wednesday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00

- Competitive starting pay of £13.71 per hour, rising to £13.91 after 1 year of service and £14.11 after 2 years of service
- 125% overtime rate
- 15% premium for unsociable hours (00:00 – 06:00)
