Oxted Trimming Company Ltd is looking for practical, hands-on people to join our production team. We manufacture specialist seat covers, cushions and trim parts for aviation and automotive customers — so if you like working with your hands and want to learn real manufacturing skills, this could be a great fit.
You don’t need years of experience — attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are more important.
Location: Oxted (moving to High Brooms within approx. 2-3 months)
What you’ll be doing
- Marking, cutting and trimming materials
- Gluing foam and panels
- Fitting covers and preparing parts ready for dispatch
- Using hand tools and production equipment safely
- Checking parts against drawings and samples
- Packing finished items ready for shipment
- Keeping your work area clean and organised
- Completing simple job paperwork and daily timesheets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Oxted, Surrey: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
