About Us:
We are a lively bar in Hanger Green, Ealing, serving a wide range of food and drinks in a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable people to join our team as bar and waiting staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service
- Take accurate food and drink orders and serve them promptly
- Prepare and serve drinks behind the bar (training provided if needed)
- Keep the bar, floor, and tables clean and well-presented
- Handle payments and operate the till
- Recommend food and drinks and answer customer questions
- Work as part of a team to deliver smooth and efficient service
- Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
Requirements:
- Previous bar or waiting experience (preferred but not essential – training can be provided)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay calm and friendly under pressure
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
