Pizza Chef required for an award winning micro brewery and restaurant.
Working closely with the Head Chef, you will be asked to prepare, cook and serve artisan pizza and breads using a woodfired oven.
The successful Pizza Chef candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in either a branded or independent pizza operation, have good kitchen and hygiene knowledge and be passionate about food produced.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Pizza Chef looking to develop their career working with fresh, seasonal food in a lovely environment. Full training on all sections within the kitchen will be provided so the successful candidate will be able to broaden their skills.

· Must be able to create Pizza dough from scratch.
· Must be able to work as part of a team.
· Be keen to learn new kitchen management skills.
· Must be passionate about food and have the ability to work under pressure.
