BUNTY'S THE VILLAGE KITCHEN is looking for a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic Trainee Kitchen Assistant / Kitchen Porter to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn, develop their skills and potentially progress into a more senior kitchen role over time. You don’t need years of kitchen experience. The right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn are what matter most.
YOUR ROLL WILL INCLUDE:
- Helping the kitchen team with preparation
- Washing dishes and keeping the kitchen clean and organised
- Preparing ingredients and assisting with basic food preparation
- Supporting the chef during busy services
- Keeping work areas, equipment and storage areas clean
- Following food hygiene and safety procedures
- Helping with stock rotation and deliveries
- Working as part of a small, busy kitchen team
- Learning new kitchen skills and techniques
