Property Valuer / Lister — Medway Area
An independent, well-established estate agency in Kent
The Package
- Basic salary: £23,000, with guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months
- Realistic total earnings (including commission): £35,000–£40,000
- Car allowance of £2,500, or a company car
- Full UK driving licence required
- 5 days a week on a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays (worked on a 2-on, 1-off rota)

The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Advising vendors on marketing strategy to help them achieve the best possible sale price
- Listing properties and securing strong offers on behalf of clients
- Keeping ahead of local market trends and building a reputation as a trusted local expert
- Generating new leads and business to grow the branch's pipeline
- Working closely with the wider team to match properties with the right buyers
- Contributing to the day-to-day running and profitability of the branch
- Stepping in to lead morning team meetings in the Branch Manager's absence
