Time2Vape Ltd is East Anglia's leading retailer of electronic cigarette products and E-juices.
We are looking for a part time Store Assistant to join our team at our Royston store. This will include weekend work and will be for between 3 and 5 days per week. It is expected up to 3 days per week will be available in our Royston store but more hours will be available in other local stores such as Cambridge.
Responsibilities
- To provide exemplary customer service to all customers
- Deal effectively with customer needs and issues.
- Continuously keeping up to date with product knowledge
- Increasing sales
- Keeping the display of E-juice, E-cigarettes and accessories to the highest standard
- Promotion of services and products
- Handling monies and using tills
- Ensuring the store is clean and presentable

- Knowledge of E-Cigarettes
- Retail experience
- Setting high standards in customer service
- Hardworking
- Reliable
- Flexible and adaptable
- Commercially aware
- Communication
- Driving Licence
