As our business continues to expand, we are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with outstanding technical knowledge, commercial awareness and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality legal advice.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including technically challenging matters such as:
- Unregistered land
- Complex title investigations
- Leasehold property
- Specialist lending, equity release, bridging finance and re-mortgages
- Title defects and indemnity insurance
- Restrictive covenants, easements and rights
- Advising on unusual or technically complex conveyancing matters
We believe excellent client relationships are built through communication. Our lawyers are encouraged to speak with clients, provide clear, practical legal advice and deliver an exceptional client experience rather than relying solely on emails and standard updates.

About You
You will:
- Have a minimum of 5 years' PQE (or equivalent experience).
- Possess excellent technical knowledge of residential conveyancing.
- Be confident dealing with complex title issues and unregistered land.
- Enjoy solving technical legal problems and providing pragmatic solutions.
- Have outstanding client care and communication skills.
- Be organised, proactive and able to manage your workload independently.
- Work collaboratively whilst contributing positively to the wider team.
- Have experience with Proclaim (desirable but not essential).
- Experience supervising colleagues or acting as a technical point of contact would be advantageous.
