We are looking for a new full-time Sales Advisor. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to learn quickly, work well under pressure and thrive in a busy office environment.
The successful candidates' main roles will be answering telephone calls, responding to emails, dealing with customer queries, processing orders and identifying vehicle parts using chassis number or registration mark when necessary.
Therefore an excellent telephone manner, great customer service and sound computer skills are essential.
Previous experience in the automotive parts industry, either car or preferably commercial, is Prefered.
Working hours are generally 8:30am until 5:00pm Monday to Friday but may be subject to change on occasion. The role is based in our sales office located in Sheffield.
Wage negotiable depending on experience.
