We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team in Batley, supporting an adult with mild learning disabilities and autism to live a happy, safe, independent and fulfilling life.

We're looking for someone who:
- Enjoys an active lifestyle and is happy to get involved in community-based and physical activities such as long walks.
- Will actively engage with and support the individual's interests and hobbies, including cartoons, gaming, and other activities they enjoy.
- Has a good sense of humour who enjoys having fun and building positive, engaging relationships.
- Can provide positive encouragement and clear guidance to help someone achieve their goals.
- Is organised, proactive and able to stay on top of tasks while following agreed plans, strategies and support approaches.
- Has previous experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
- Is passionate about making a positive difference in someone's life.
Hours (Approximately):
- Tuesday - Saturday
- Full time
- A range of shifts varying between Daytime 8am - 5pm and Evening 5pm - 10pm.
- Hourly Rate: £12.71 - £13.13 (Higher rate payable upon successful completion of induction and Care Certificate training).

Essential & Desirable Requirements:
A full UK driving licence and use of a car with business insurance is desirable.
As this role involves working with vulnerable adults in regulated activity, an enhanced DBS check will be required.
