We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our friendly Shoreham team.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Warehouse Operative
Goods In
- Unloading deliveries
- Booking stock in using a PC or handheld scanner
- Labelling items and bins with accurate stock codes
- Finding the right home for every product
- Helping with stock checks
- Keeping the warehouse tidy, organised and safe
Goods Out
- Picking customer orders accurately with a handheld scanner
- Packing items securely so they arrive in perfect condition
- Completing paperwork with care
- Choosing the right courier and confirming charges
- Arranging courier collections
- Keeping an eye on packing materials and prompting reorders
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a warehouse environment, especially picking, packing and palletising mixed‑size orders
- A sharp eye for detail and a positive, can‑do attitude
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a small, supportive team
- Comfortable using a computer (we’ll train you on our systems)
- Good literacy skills
- Flexible, proactive and happy to roll up your sleeves

Hours & Shifts
You’ll rotate weekly between early and late shifts.
Early shift: 7:00–15:00 (45‑minute lunch)
Late shift:
- Mon–Thu: 10:30–18:30 (45‑minute lunch)
- Fri: 10:00–18:00 (45‑minute lunch)
Additional Availability
- You must also be available to work three Saturdays per year.
