Lions Sports Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced Rugby Coach to join our team delivering high-quality coaching sessions across North London
About the Role
We deliver Rugby programmes to schools, clubs, and community groups, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and enjoyment. The successful candidate will lead engaging sessions, support player progression, and represent Lions Sports Academy with professionalism and energy.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver dynamic, age-appropriate rugby sessions
- Work with young people of varying ages and skill levels
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and schools
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
- Represent the values and standards of Lions Sports Academy
Requirements
- Recognised Rugby Coaching Qualification (ERCA or RFU L2)
- Experience working with children and/or young athletes
- Ability to travel to multiple venues in Central and North London
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- First Aid and Safeguarding certifications are desirable
