We are looking for an experienced Painter and Decorator to join our team with a minimum 5years painting experience and qualified to at least NVQ2, Our work is varied from private clients to New build housing projects , re- furbs and commercial , this work is based on sub-contract but we may also consider the right candidate for our books for long term work.
Candidate requirements.
Must Have Minimum NVQ Level 2 and 5 years experience on New build housing projects.
Must have an High standard of workmanship with a keen eye for detail.
Must be reliable and Punctual.
Must have own transport and tools and whites etc. and must be able to work in a team or on there own.
Must have in date cscs card and utr number and also own public liability insurance.
This work is based around Mansfield, Derby, Nottingham
salary in cica of £40,000.00 per year depending on experience and based on price work.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean surfaces for painting, ensuring a smooth finish.
- Execute construction painting tasks with precision, adhering to industry standards.
- Utilize effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
- Maintain a valid CSCS card and NVQ certification to comply with safety regulations.
- Drive to various job sites as required, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
