Job Summary
At Sanctuary Trust Ltd, we are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Support Workers to join our team across our projects in Conwy and Denbighshire.
We currently have opportunities for casual/bank staff to provide flexible cover for additional shifts, sleep-in shifts, weekends, and holiday periods as required.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of people who have experienced homelessness, hardship, or social exclusion.
- Has previous experience in a support work, housing, care, or a related role.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring and empathetic approach.
- Can confidently manage challenging situations and respond appropriately to the complex needs associated with homelessness.
- Is reliable, flexible, and able to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, nights, and bank holidays to meet the needs of the service.
- Is committed to promoting independence, dignity, and positive outcomes for the people we support.
About the Role
As a Casual Support Worker, you will:
- Assist with the day-to-day management of supported HMO accommodation, ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents.
- Support the effective operation of the service, including admissions, departures, access and egress, resident engagement, mediation, administration, monitoring, and record keeping.
- Build positive relationships with residents, providing practical and emotional support to help them maintain their accommodation and work towards greater independence.
- Complete daily reports, support records, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
- Uphold and promote the values, aims, and ethos of Sanctuary Trust in all aspects of your work.
