Based: Glasgow HQ
Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Credit Controller with a minimum of three years experience’ in a Senior Credit Controller or Lead Credit Controller position. You will be an effective communicator at all levels. An educated knowledge of finance systems with a collections module is desired for this role.
The successful candidate will have experience in maintaining accurate records with strong attention to detail, in addition to excellence customer service skills and time-keeping skills.

ABOUT YOU
You will be responsible for credit control of strategic clients collecting trading debt. Managing ledgers assigned to provide the cashflow into the group of companies to facilitate growth and cash positive position across the group.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow Credit Control procedures and contribute to team targets
- Maintain customer satisfaction with the Group to repeat business
- Lead query resolution
- Create and maintain excellent customer relationships through professional dealings with customers
- Maintain accurate records and communications
- Manage and motivate a small team of Credit Controllers
- Hit management KPIs
- Manage and raise LBA requests
- Manage and chase Writ proceedings
- Run reminders
- Post cash daily
- Chase and apply Client remittance
- Manage legal tab on Debtor Tracker
- Chase missed or short promised payments
- Prioritise high-value debts.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience in developing processes and leading positive change to debtor days
- Good communication skills
- Competence with Credit Safe
- Finance System Experience
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Security or Construction industry experience is desirable but not a necessity.
