We are looking for Warehouse Production Assistant to join our existing Warehouse team, the role is based in Chessington on the Cox Lane Business Estate.
Ideally - the applicants should be in short commute to Chessington
The role involves but is not limited to;
1. Assisting in the unloading of raw materials and packaging from delivery vehicles to storage areas and from there to production areas, including use of forklift and pallet trucks, (in house training will be provided and is part of the requirements of the role).
2. To prepare containers and packaging for each production batch; labelling and boxing end products.
3. To work within the production team (as directed by Production Supervisor) with preparation and blending of solutions or powder batches according to production schedule, including:-
a) labelling and bottling finished batches
b) transferring bottles/tubs to outer cartons and boxes.
c) Moving finished products to appropriate storage area using pallet trucks for forklift trucks
4. To maintain clean and tidy production and storage areas as directed by the Supervisor.
- salary based on the Living Wage in respect to age requirements.
- PPE provided
- Forklift licence an advantage but not essential as workplace training is given
5. Must be health and safety aware
